Products and fabric

How do I know what fabric a saree is?

Every product page names the fabric and weave of that piece, for example silk, semi-silk, sico or a cotton blend. Prices follow the material and the amount of zari and motif work. Our Paithani glossary explains each term.

Are the photos of the actual saree?

Photos show the saree listed. Colours can look slightly different on different screens; ask us on WhatsApp for more photos of any piece before you order.

Does the saree come with a blouse piece?

The product page says whether a blouse piece is included and its colour. You can also buy Paithani blouse pieces separately.

Can I get fall, pico or blouse stitching done?

Yes. Add fall and pico, tassels or blouse stitching to your order. Custom work adds 5-8 working days before dispatch.

Ordering and payment

How can I pay?

By UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit or credit card, or net banking at our secure checkout. Prices are in Indian Rupees.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, for orders up to ₹3,000 within India. A ₹199 COD fee is paid online after our confirmation call, and the rest is paid in cash to the courier. The ₹199 is not refunded if the parcel is refused. Orders above ₹3,000 are paid online.

Shipping and delivery

How much is shipping?

Free across India on orders of ₹499 and above, ₹99 below that. International shipping is ₹3,499 up to 1 kg and ₹4,499 up to 2 kg; see international shipping.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days. Delivery in India takes 3-7 working days after dispatch, and international orders take 7-15 working days. You get a tracking link when your parcel ships.

Returns and care

What if my saree arrives damaged?

Report any damage or defect within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and we will make it right. Please record a video while opening the parcel. Details are in our refund policy.

How do I care for a Paithani?

Dry clean only. Store it folded in a soft cotton or muslin cloth, away from damp and direct sunlight, and refold it every few months. More tips in our Paithani care guide.
