Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be canelled before dispatch
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges for:

• Color/design preference
• Personal dislike
• Size or styling expectations

However, we support customers in case of genuine damage or defect issues only.

Damage or Defect Policy

We accept return or replacement requests only if the product is received damaged or defective.

To be eligible:

• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• A complete unboxing (parcel opening) video is mandatory
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Unboxing Video Requirement (Strictly Mandatory)

A proper parcel opening video is required for any claim.

The video must:
- Start before opening the package
- Clearly show the entire unboxing process
- Clearly display the product and any damage/defect

Without valid video proof, no claim will be accepted.
