A. Order Cancellations
Timeframe:
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
Exceptions:
- Orders with customizations (e.g., fall & pico work, tassels, blouse stitching, or any other custom requests) are non-cancelable once processing begins.

B. Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (i.e., an entirely different item was shipped).
Non-Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
- Customized products (e.g., fall & pico work, tassels, blouse stitching, or other tailored services).
- Pure silk sarees (unless damaged, defective, or incorrect).
- Minor color variations due to photography, screen settings, or lighting conditions, as these are disclosed on product pages.
Return Conditions:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- A parcel opening video, recorded at the time of package delivery, is mandatory to verify claims of damage, defects, or incorrect items.
Process:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Support within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@paithanistore.com.
- Provide Evidence: Submit the mandatory parcel opening video, order number, and photos of the issue.
- Approval & Return: Upon approval, ship the product back to our designated address (instructions will be provided).
- Handling Fee: A handling fee of ₹100-₹200 (based on location) will be deducted from the refund amount for approved returns.
C. Refunds
Method & Timeline:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Deductions:
- Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- A handling fee of ₹100-₹200 (based on location) will be deducted from the refund amount.
