CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We at Dusane Paithani Store follow a 7 Day return policy for non-discounted and discounted products shopped from our website – dusanepaithani.com

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Dusane Paithani. If for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 7 Day after purchase if the following conditions are met:

If you don’t get a saree like a photo, you can exchange the saree.

If you get the damaged/bad Saree or stained saree, you can exchange it.

Note – To claim the return/Exchange request, the parcel opening video is a must.

If you do not provide the video then the saree will not be replaced/ you cannot claim the replacement.

All Dusane Paithani items should be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging and original sales receipt.

Any items that have been used, altered will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. It will be returned back to the customer.

If by any chance the customer does not return the box and other packaging materials then 5% of the price per item will be deducted from the refund amount.

If your order has already been shipped, we invite you to wait until it arrives and then you can cancel your order by contacting our orders team to request its return by dropping an email to info@dusanepaithani.com with your order details.

For seamless returns, kindly ensure the product is packed in the same way it was packed and sent to you.

After inspection, we will confirm whether the Products are in an acceptable condition or not.

This confirmation will be sent to you within 7 working days after we receive the shipment. Upon confirmation, as per the Return Policy, we will issue a store credit or a bank refund (whichever selected by the customer) for that particular amount (excluding shipping & COD charges if applied). The mode of refund cannot be changed once you’ve submitted the request with us.

The color of the saree may look slightly different due to the digital device (Smartphone/Laptop/Tablet).
There may be a 5-10 % Difference due to digital photography, Lights, etc.
 Only defective products will be replaced.

Parcel opening video is compulsory, No claims will be entertained without the video.

The customer has to pay the courier charge in case of return/replacement.

MODE OF RETURN:
In case of return/exchange customer has to arrange themselves at their own cost to ship the product back to us

CANCELLATIONS:
You can cancel your order online within 1 hour and once the cancellation is approved we will refund the amount within 48 hours and the amount will reflect within 5-7 working days except holidays. Your entire order amount will be refunded via the refund method selected by you. In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier. You can sign in to your account and go to Recent Order to cancel your order.
An order cannot be canceled once the item has been delivered to you.

REFUNDS:
Customers can initiate the refund request to us within 3 days, and once the refund is approved we will refund the amount within 48 hours and the amount will reflect within 5 working days. once the returned product is received by Dusane Paithani. Your order amount will be refunded to you by your preferred refund method i.e. refund via the payment method you used or store credit note.
For refund against cash on delivery order, the user will need to fill a form that accepts bank account details to which the amount will be refunded.
COD charges and taxes are non-refundable.
The Management’s decision with regard to damaged/defective products and/or issuance of credit shall be final and binding. Further, the Management reserves the unilateral right to modify/alter the aforesaid conditions/policy without prior notice and the same shall be final and binding.
