  • For orders within Maharashtra and outside of Maharashtra, we offer free shipping on all orders.
  • International shipping is charged at Rs. 3000 per kg. The final cost will be calculated based on actual weight, Please message us if you want to buy in bulk, actual rates will be applicable if parcel weight increases then the rates are decreases, final rates will be provided after getting the rates from courier service providers.
  • We use only reputed courier partners like FedEx, DHL, Blue Dart, Delhivery, etc. for safe, trackable delivery of your parcels.
  • For remote areas, please share your address in advance at info@paithanistore.com. or paithanistoreyeola@gmail.com, We will check feasibility and inform you of any additional charges.
  • Applicable taxes for domestic orders are included in the product prices displayed.
  • For international orders, import duties and customs taxes in the destination country, if any, our courier service partner have to get customs clearance for your goods before delivering them to you. 
  • Any additional taxes, import duties, customs charges levied by the country of import will be chargeable to the customer and this will be informed through mail and on the contact details provided by the customer.
  • We aim to ship all orders within 7-8 working days of order confirmation.
  • International delivery may take 8-15 working days depending on customs processes.
  • In case of inventory unavailability or delays beyond our control, we will inform you promptly and you can choose to cancel for a refund.

Indicative Dispatch and Delivery Time

Some of the sarees that you see on Paithanistore (unless marked as sold out) are stocked in our own warehouses and are ready to ship.

Orders in stock are dispatched within 7-8 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Orders out of stock will take up to 4 weeks to reach you. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

We shall send you an e-mail containing the tracking information once the goods are shipped.

Once shipped, please allow 7-10 business days to deliver in India. International shipments may take 8-15 business days.

DELAY IN DISPATCH

Sometimes, we may face inventory issues with a particular product, due to which there may be a delay in dispatch or the order may need to be cancelled. In such cases, we shall contact you through email and take your confirmation. If we are unable to fulfill the order due to such inventory issues, we shall refund your money if you have already paid for the order.

If there is a delay in dispatch due to any natural calamity, public holiday or any unforeseen circumstance, we shall not be liable to return or exchange the goods.

If there is a delay in dispatch due to the product being out of stock, we may contact you through e-mail. You may then choose to wait, choose alternate products, or opt for a store credit or refund.
