All Over Design Paithani Topi - Maroon Groom Cap

An all-over patterned Paithani topi made for the groom. The design runs across the whole cap rather than sitting only at the border, which is what separates it from the plainer traditional caps and why it is the most substantial piece in this range. Worn on the wedding day with a sherwani, bandhgala or full traditional dress.

Topi or pheta?

A topi is a structured cap you simply put on. A pheta is a length of cloth wrapped into a turban, and it has to be tied. This is a topi — nothing to learn and nothing to practise beforehand.

Fit and care

One size, shaped to fit most adult men. Store it flat and keep it dry so the shape holds. Spot clean only — do not machine wash or soak.
