Can I wear it to a wedding?
Yes. It suits wedding guests, engagements, haldi, sangeet and pujas. For the bride's own wedding saree, many brides choose a silk Paithani from our bridal Paithani collection.
Will the colour look the same as the photo?
The photos are of the actual sarees, taken in daylight. Zari shine and screen settings can make a shade look slightly different, so ask us on WhatsApp for a live video before you buy if the exact shade matters.
How should I care for it?
Dry clean recommended. Store it folded in a cotton or muslin cloth away from direct sunlight, refold it every few months so the zari does not crease, and iron on low heat on the reverse side.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, on orders up to ₹3,000 within India, so this saree on its own qualifies. Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout; after our confirmation call you pay a ₹199 COD fee online and the rest in cash at delivery (the ₹199 is not refunded if the parcel is refused). Orders above ₹3,000 are paid online by UPI, card or net banking.
Is domestic shipping free?
Yes, on orders ₹499 and above. Orders below ₹499 have a ₹99 shipping charge.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, including to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Singapore and other countries. International shipping is ₹3,499 for parcels up to 1 kg and ₹4,499 up to 2 kg. Courier rates change daily; if the actual cost at dispatch is lower, we refund the difference to your original payment method.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns or replacements only for genuine damage or defects, reported within 48 hours of delivery with a mandatory unboxing video. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or colour preference.
