A sico Paithani saree - silk and cotton blended together. Sico is the practical middle ground in a Paithani wardrobe: it carries the zari border and pallu you want, at a fraction of the weight and price of a silk Paithani.

The cotton in the blend is what makes it wearable for a full day. It breathes, it does not cling in Maharashtrian summer heat, and it holds a pleat without constant adjusting.

Office festival days, Ganpati visits, haldi, family functions, and as a first Paithani-style saree if you are not ready to spend on silk.

Silk-cotton blend. We label material honestly - where a saree is sico, semi-silk or cotton, we say so rather than describe everything as silk.

Care

Dry clean recommended. Store folded in soft cotton, refolded along a different line once a year.

We accept returns or replacements only for genuine damage or defects, reported within 48 hours of delivery with a mandatory unboxing video. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or colour preference.
